Shipping Times

Clothing, Mugs, Hats & Totes

These items all have a processing time of 3-5 days before being shipped.

Shipping takes 1-3 days depending on which service is selected.

DPD - Next Day Delivery (For packages over 0.7kg)

Royal Mail & Evri 24 Tracked - Aim to deliver next day

Royal Mail & Evri 48 Tracked - Aims to deliver within 2-3 days

Prints

Prints will be processed within 24hrs (excluding weekends) and shipped with Royal Mail 48 which aims to deliver within 2-3 days. Print shipping is free of charge.

Shipping Costs

Royal Mail 48 Tracked:

  • 0–100 g: £2.70
  • 101–699 g: £3.61

Royal Mail 24 Tracked:

  • 0–100 g: £3.29
  • 101–699 g: £4.75

EVRi 48 Tracked:

  • 0–100 g: £2.87
  • 101–699 g: £3.34

EVRi 24 Tracked:

  • 0–100 g: £3.46
  • 101–699 g: £4.36

DPD Courier (up to 6 kg): Flat £11.99 (covers 0–2 kg and above). £11.99 applies for any parcel over 2 kg, with repeat charges per additional 6 kg box.

Returns

Clothing, Mugs & Accessories

1. Returns & Exchanges

Every item is created on demand. Unless there's a clear fault, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. To avoid confusion, please be sure to review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

If you'd like to request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you’re welcome to reach out—but please note that any shipping costs and logistics are your responsibility.

2. Ordering Cancellations

You have up to 12 hours from placing your order to cancel it—after which it enters production and cancellations may not be accepted. If production has already begun, cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. We’ll always strive to assist, but please act quickly if you need to cancel.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives and you notice a fault—such as printing issues or manufacturing defects—please contact us within 28 days supplying a photo and description. If you report the issue within that period, you’ll be eligible for either a replacement or full refund. For reports made after 28 days but within 12 months, we'll offer a replacement only, no refund.

4. Transit Damage

In the rare case your item is visibly damaged in transit (Super sorry about that!), please refuse the delivery, or if you only see damage after opening, notify us within 48 hours. Provide photo evidence and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

5. Returned to Sender (Delivery Failures)

If a parcel is returned due to delivery issues (e.g., incomplete address), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note: additional shipping charges will apply for resending the order.

All Prints are printed on 270GSM high quality card stock.

Currently available in sizes A5 & A4 & A3

Processing time of 24 hours and shipped via royal mail 48hr service. Royal mail aim to deliver in 48 hours.

All print shipping is free of charge.
